Ingredients
- 2 cups molasses (480ml)
- 2 cups brown sugar (approx. 400g)
- ⅓ cup vinegar (80ml)
- 1 cup water (240ml)
- 2 tablespoons butter (28g)
- salt
Method
- Boil ingredients until brittle when tried in cold water.
- Pour into hot buttered pan; pull when cool enough to handle.
