Ingredients
- 2 cups granulated sugar (approx. 400g)
- 1 cup strong boiled coffee (240ml)
- 1/2 cup cream (120ml)
- 1 tsp butter
- 1 cup chopped nuts (approx. 130g)
Method
- Take two cupfuls of granulated sugar, one cupful of strong boiled coffee, one-half cupful of cream and a teaspoonful of butter.
- Boil to the soft ball stage, then add a cupful of chopped nut meats, and stir until creamy.
- The nuts may be omitted if desired.
- Pour into pans and cut into squares.
