Cinnamon Fudge

Ingredients

  • 2 cups light brown sugar (approx. 400g)
  • 1 cup milk (240ml)
  • 1/2 cup butter (114g)
  • 2 tbsp’s cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla (ensure UPF free)

Method

  1. Take two cupfuls of light brown sugar, one cupful of milk, one-half cupful of butter, and two tablespoonfuls of cinnamon.
  2. Boil to the soft ball stage, remove from the fire and add a teaspoonful of vanilla.
  3. Beat up until creamy, pour into a buttered mold and cut into squares when cold.
