Ingredients
- 2 cups light brown sugar (approx. 400g)
- 1 cup milk (240ml)
- 1/2 cup butter (114g)
- 2 tbsp’s cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla (ensure UPF free)
Method
- Take two cupfuls of light brown sugar, one cupful of milk, one-half cupful of butter, and two tablespoonfuls of cinnamon.
- Boil to the soft ball stage, remove from the fire and add a teaspoonful of vanilla.
- Beat up until creamy, pour into a buttered mold and cut into squares when cold.
