Maple Panocha

Ingredients

  • 1 cup maple sugar (approx. 170g)
  • 1 cup light brown sugar (approx. 200g)
  • 2 tbsp’s butter
  • 1/2 cup water (120ml)
  • Pecan nut meats

Method

  1. Take one cupful of maple sugar (approx. 170g), one cupful of light brown sugar (approx. 200g), two tablespoonfuls of butter, and one-half cupful of water (60ml).
  2. Boil to the crack stage.
  3. Pour over pecan meats that have been placed on a buttered pan.
  4. When cold break in any manner desired.
