Ingredients
- 1 cup maple sugar (approx. 170g)
- 1 cup light brown sugar (approx. 200g)
- 2 tbsp’s butter
- 1/2 cup water (120ml)
- Pecan nut meats
Method
- Take one cupful of maple sugar (approx. 170g), one cupful of light brown sugar (approx. 200g), two tablespoonfuls of butter, and one-half cupful of water (60ml).
- Boil to the crack stage.
- Pour over pecan meats that have been placed on a buttered pan.
- When cold break in any manner desired.
