Lowney’s – Black Butter Sauce

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons butter (56g)
  • few grains cayenne
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar

Method

  1. Brown butter, add remaining ingredients. Heat and serve.
