Ingredients
- ¼ cup butter (57g)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 3 egg yolks
- 2 tablespoons flour
- ¼ cup vinegar (60ml)
- 1 cup cream (240ml)
Method
- Melt butter; add flour, seasonings, egg and vinegar; cook until thick; add beaten cream.
- Beat well, chill, and serve.
