Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped meat (approx. 225g)
- 4 cups hot rice (approx. 800g)
- 1 cup Croquette Sauce made with tomato instead of milk (240ml)
- salt, pepper and cayenne
- lemon juice
- onion juice
Method
- Mix ingredients in order given; shape; dip in crumbs, egg and crumbs; fry in deep fat.
