Ingredients
- 1 cup rice (approx. 190g)
- 4 cups milk (960ml)
- 1 cup cheese (approx. 120g)
- salt and pepper
- 1 egg
- 1 cup thick White Sauce (240ml)
Method
- Cook rice in milk; when milk is absorbed add cheese, seasonings, and egg, and enough sauce to make of the consistency to shape.
- Shape, dip in crumbs, egg and crumbs, and fry in deep fat.
