Lowney’s – Corn Pudding

Ingredients

  • 4 cups corn (fresh) (approx. 700g)
  • 2 cups milk (480ml)
  • salt
  • 3 eggs
  • ½ cup butter (114g)
  • pepper

Method

  1. Beat yolks; add corn, milk, butter, salt and pepper.
  2. Pour into a buttered baking dish; add beaten whites and bake in moderate oven one hour.
