Lowney’s – Boiled Hominy N0. 2

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coarse hominy (approx. 165g)
  • 8 cups boiling water (1.9 litres)
  • 2 teaspoons salt

Method

  1. Mix ingredients and cook six to eight hours, or, instead of boiling, cook in double boiler all day.
