Ingredients
- ½ cup butter (110g)
- 1½ cups sugar (approx. 300g)
- 4 eggs
- ½ cup Lowney’s Cocoa (approx. 50g)
- ½ cup milk (120ml)
- 1½ cups flour (approx. 180g)
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Method
- Mix in the order given and beat well for five minutes.
- Bake in buttered pan thirty to forty minutes in moderate oven.
