Ingredients
- 1 cup rye flour (approx. 110g)
- 1 cup white flour (approx. 120g)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- ¼ cup sugar (approx. 50g)
- 1 cup milk (240ml)
- 1 egg
Method
- Mix and sift dry ingredients; add remaining ingredients; beat well.
- Bake in hot gem pans twenty to thirty minutes.
