Lowney’s – New England Fried Bread

Ingredients

  • 2 cups raised bread dough (approx. 250g)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Method

  1. Roll dough to one half inch in thickness, sprinkle with cinnamon, cut in diamonds; raise; fry in deep fat; serve with sirup.
