Lowney’s – German Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons flour
  • ⅛ teaspoon salt
  • 4 tablespoons milk

Method

  1. Beat yolks until lemon colored and thick; add flour and salt.
  2. Cut and fold into this mixture, the beaten whites.
  3. Add milk; pour into greased baking dish.
  4. Bake in moderate oven, twenty to thirty minutes.
  5. Serve immediately.
