Ingredients
- ¾ cup rye meal (approx. 83g)
- ¾ cup flour (approx. 90g)
- ½ cup milk (120ml)
- 2 eggs
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ cup molasses (60ml)
Method
- Mix and sift dry ingredients; add remaining ingredients; beat well.
- Drop from a spoon into hot fat.
- Fry like doughnuts.
