Ingredients
- ¾ cup butter (165g)
- 1½ cups flour (approx. 180g)
- 5 eggs
- 1-¾ cups powdered sugar (approx. 219g)
- 1 tablespoon yellow ginger
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Method
- Cream butter; add flour.
- Add remaining ingredients and beat ten minutes.
- Bake in buttered bread pan forty-five to sixty minutes.
