Ingredients
- ¾ cup butter (165g)
- 2 cups sugar (approx. 400g)
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup milk (240ml)
- 8 tablespoons chocolate
- 2¼ cups flour (approx. 270g)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon clove
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
Method
- Cream the butter, add the sugar, the chocolate melted, eggs well beaten, flour sifted with baking powder, salt and spices, and the milk.
- Beat well, and bake in angel cake pan.
- Frost with Chocolate or Marshmallow Frosting.
