Ingredients
- ½ cup butter (110g)
- 1 cup sugar (approx. 200g)
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1¼ cups flour (approx. 150g)
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
- 4 tablespoons Lowney’s Premium Chocolate, melted
Method
- Mix in the order given.
- Beat well.
- Pour into buttered pans in thin layers.
- Bake in quick oven six to eight minutes (220°C, 425°F , Gas Mark 7, Fan 200°C).
- Cut in long narrow strips while hot, and serve cold.
