Ingredients
- ½ cup butter (110g)
- ½ cup sugar (approx. 100g)
- 1 cup chopped almonds (approx. 150g)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3 egg yolks
- 1½ cups flour (approx. 180g)
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- ½ teaspoon vanilla
Method
- Mix in the order given.
- Chill, roll, brush with white of egg, sprinkle with granulated sugar, cut, and bake in a quick oven (220°C, 425°F , Gas Mark 7, Fan 200°C).
