Lowney’s – Plain Chocolate

Ingredients

  • 2 squares Lowney’s Premium Chocolate (56g)
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 cups scalded milk (720ml)
  • 1 cup boiling water (240ml)
  • salt

Method

  1. Melt two squares Lowney’s Premium Chocolate, add sugar, salt and boiling water; boil two minutes, add scalded milk and beat with Dover egg beater to prevent scum from forming.
  2. Serve very hot.
