White Soup

Ingredients

  • 2 cups white stock (480ml)
  • 2 cups cream (480ml)
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 cup cooked rice (approx. 200g)
  • 2 tablespoons butter (28g)
  • 2 tablespoons flour

Method

  1. Make a white sauce of butter, flour and cream.
  2. Add white stock, cooked rice, seasonings; reheat and serve.
