Ingredients
- 2 cups white stock (480ml)
- 2 cups cream (480ml)
- salt and pepper
- 1 cup cooked rice (approx. 200g)
- 2 tablespoons butter (28g)
- 2 tablespoons flour
Method
- Make a white sauce of butter, flour and cream.
- Add white stock, cooked rice, seasonings; reheat and serve.
